Heroes Helping Heroes Launches Social Entrepreneurial Project for Students
Heroes Helping Heroes (HHH) recently launched a social entrepreneurial project: The Power of Pizza to Empower. Students are experiencing first hand the power of setting goals, strategic planning to achieve goals, and the personal reward of attaining goals. Student teams are selling Papa Johns discount cards and are earning half of the proceeds through the entrepreneurial program. The remaining proceeds will go towards HHH to help us fund our program so we can fulfill our mission of giving EVERY at-risk kid an opportunity for FREE after school programming.
The students’ goal is to raise $1,000.00. We hope to raise an additional $1,000.00 to match the students’ efforts. This $2,000.00 will offset transportation fees for our students to volunteer at Kennedy Krieger Institute. Furthermore, the money will help HHH to support the continuation of our H3 Youth Development System at Middle River Middle School and Martin Boulevard Elementary School, thus paving the way for future program expansion to many other schools in need of FREE after school programming built on accountability.
Please help us reach our goal. Thank you to for your help!
