The answer is YES and we have a solution. Not government assistance or inflated rentals, but homeownership. Yes, moving from homeless to homeowner. Yes, it is possible and we are here to implement a program that will shine as a beacon of hope by creating a powerful paradigm shift and market disruption in how our country views homelessness

They will become homeowners through the combination of our 26 year track record of personal development and a nationwide mortgage lender dedicated to helping low-income families and individuals that offers mortgages with no money down, no c
We believe that every family or individual in our country who is employed should never be homeless. They will become homeowners through the combination of our 26 year track record of personal development and a nationwide mortgage lender dedicated to helping low-income families and individuals that offers mortgages with no money down, no closing costs, no private mortgage insurance (PMI), below market interest rates, 99% acceptance rate, and a .00012 foreclosure rate. We are building a nationwide network connecting our positive leadership with homeless shelters/transitional housing units and the mortgage lender. The monthly mortgage payments for these families and individuals should be significantly less than apartment monthly rent plus equity will be built. From homelessness to homeowner, yes, it is possible and oh so powerful! We as a community can make this happen because when we are one with purpose…we all shine!
